About me...

If you're anything like me you've had those days where you eat whatever and as much as you want while telling yourself "I'll eat better tomorrow and workout a little longer." I'll start by saying that I'm not a nutritionist. In fact, I've spent way too much time and money trying different diets and reading conflicting material from various nutritionists.Too often we get stuck in this mentality of constantly depriving ourselves on the newest fad diet and then we feel guilty for not having the self control to stick to it so we quit and move on to the next one. I'm an average girl that has come to the conclusion, through trial and error, that eating Paleo has made me feel and look the healthiest. 


The Paleo Diet consists of the food our bodies are meant to eat. It has taught me that instead of depriving myself of things I can indulge in things that nourish my body and taste good too.
